All coupons are good for one use per customer, unless otherwise stated, and as long as all other requirements are met. If a coupon is used to buy a subscription, the discount will only be applied to the first purchase; subsequent purchases will be charged at the listed subscription price.
All sales are final when the order is placed. Due to the nature of our goods, please understand that we cannot accept any returns. However, please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. In the event of breakage, leakage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and we will be happy to replace your items. Be sure to take pictures of the shipment needing replacement.
Please note, we are not responsible for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, weather, or events beyond our control.

PRMRY will do its best to process your order within two to three days (though please reach out to us if you need it sent more urgently). Please note that if the weather is particularly warm at the shipping destination, it is strongly advised to be available to receive the package upon delivery.
Once PRMRY ships out an order, we are no longer responsible for the package if it's stolen, lost or delayed by the mail carrier. We also aren't responsible if the customer provides an inaccurate mailing address.
Shipping is available only within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
Please note that all packages are shipped to “deliver without signature” to ensure that the delivery will be made on the day scheduled. We are not responsible for stolen or lost shipments once the product has been scanned by USPS.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Because items shipped to multiple addresses incur separate shipping charges, items shipping to different addresses must be entered as individual orders.
Currently, all orders ship out via USPS (unless otherwise specified) and tracking information will be sent to your email address.
When we run contests (such as "enter to win a free set"), we will randomly select a winner at the end of the campaign, and that winner will be notified by email.
